If any marriage is to have an edge concerning matrimonial and sexual satisfaction, it must be a monogamous relationship where we place the needs of our spouse equal to or of greater value than our own. (Summarized quote from Mary Ann Mayo)

In the same sense, if we are to have a monogamous relationship with Jesus, we must value His will above our own. We are the representation of the bride of Christ. We are His church, His body, and His bride. Though we are no longer under the judgment of salvation, we will all stand at the judgment seat of Christ.

As the representation of Christ’s Bride, let’s look at our inward appearance, our outward appearance and how to remain steadfast on our journey.

Life is not easy for true believers in Christ. Yet, we are called to be loyal, just the same. Our physical, relational, and spiritual actions witness loyalty to God daily. Invite the Holy Spirit to guide you daily inwardly and outwardly, to keep you steadfast to your vows.

Today’s thought Consideration – When we fully rely on the Holy Spirit, his power enables us to live out our lives faithful to Christ.
