Is there a difference between joy and happiness?
The ten habits we should begin to cultivate.
- Begin each day with God
- Get outside and into His creation
- Seek the signs of His presence

- Do something that makes you smile
- Do something that makes God smile
- Unplug
- Rest each day
- End the day with gratitude and praise
