As a Mobilizer personality – sharing emotions is not a safe place for me. Yet, as a human – emotions are a reality I can’t run from – I must recognize them as healthy and own them.

Yet, my emotional baggage from the past is different – these emotions weigh me down and bring up memories I thought were dealt with – sifting through what has happened in the past while trying to deal with what is happening now drives me crazy – can you relate?

I address this instigator from my past emotions as –My Little Me – for Heather and me, this would be our little girl, guys, this would be your little boy.
